SUDS (Seamless Unlock Distribution System) allows our partners to develop their own white label unlocking services and leave unlockserve to not only deliver but also support customers with any technical problems they may encounter.
- Step 1: PARTNER DEVELOPS THEIR OWN UNLOCK CODE OFFERING
Approved registered partners develop their own unlocking website(s) or part thereof so that orders for unlock codes can be taken, paid for and delivered.
- Step 2: CONFIGURING YOUR DYNAMIC ORDER FORM
Integration with SUDS provides your customers with a DYNAMIC order form which is hosted on your website but is centrally & technically controlled by SUDS. This allows technicians at unlockserve.com to modify the countries/operators/manufacturers and handsets that are available on all of our partners websites by simply updating the SUDS database. For example, if a new handset is released by one of the main manufacturers that can be unlocked, we can simply add this handset centrally and it will appear on your order page automatically.
- Step 3: UNLOCK CODE DELIVERY
Once the customer has selected their handset, country and operator and have also paid for their order the partners website simply makes a call to our calculator, passing the necessary variables in order to generate the customers unlock codes instantly. At no point will your customers visit unlockserve.com. An email branded with the name and contact details of the partner is then forwarded to the customers email address.
- Step 4: TECHNICAL SUPPORT
Should your customer encounter problems with their order, our support ticketing system is manned 24 hours a day 7 days a week, any support queries are answered in the quickest possible manner.
All of the necessary technical documentation to integrate with SUDS is provided in our 'secure partners area' which you can log in to once your application to become a partner has been approved.
By becoming a partner of unlockserve.com and integrating with SUDS, you are offering your customers unlock codes that have been fully researched. Our ongoing research and development means that you do not need to keep abreast of the latest changes in the unlocking marketplace, you can simply leave that responsibility entirely up to us. If a new model enters the market that can be unlocked, it will be added to our database and you can be sure that it will simply appear on your order page as an option to your customers!
